Katharine Eger is thrilled to join BOMA’s Monitoring and Evaluation team as the newest Princeton in Africa Fellow. Between earning her B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, Katharine was fortunate to gain valuable first-hand experience in social entrepreneurship and microfinance development in Rwanda and Tanzania respectively. Through her college, she also worked in Washington, D.C., exploring and promoting the role of tertiary education within the context of developing countries – an internship that later inspired her senior thesis analyzing education reform in sub-Saharan Africa. Katharine is honored to contribute to The BOMA Project’s extraordinary work and looks forward to improving her fluency in STATA and Swahili.
